How to play
Every day there is one Eurovision entry to find. You have six guesses. Each guess can be any entry from 1956 to today — type a performer, a song, a country, or a year (“croatia 2024” works).
The tiles
After each guess you get five tiles comparing your guess to the answer.
| Tile | 🟩 Green | 🟨 Yellow |
|---|---|---|
| Country | same country | same region |
| Year | same year | within 5 years |
| Language | same language(s) | shares one language |
| Placement | same result band | — |
| Region | same region | — |
▲ and ▼ point towards the answer: on the year tile, ▲ means the answer is later; on the placement tile, ▲ means the answer finished higher.
Hint
After four wrong guesses, the first letter of the performer’s name is revealed.
Emoji mode
Same rules, but you also get four or five emoji describing the song or the performance, and the answer is drawn from a smaller set of well-known entries.
